Ginger Production Process

After harvesting, the ginger production process consists of four steps: cleaning, quality control & selection, drying and packaging. The crops are cleaned with purified water in a specialised washing machine. After passing quality control and selection, the ginger is dried in heated chambers in a controlled environment. Finally, it is packaged into cardboard or plastic boxes, which can be customised to your specifications.
