We don't run ads, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you across the internet. Here's exactly what we do collect, and why.

We're a ginger company, not a data company. This site has no accounts, forms or trackers. The only thing we know about you is what you tell us directly — by phone, email or WhatsApp.
KX Food BV (Klein Veerle 103, 2960 Brecht, Belgium, VAT BE 0550.791.041) runs this website together with our processing partner Farmerli (Prinsenhil 1-3, Breda, Netherlands, KvK 69988862). For anything on this page, you can reach us at info@kxfood.be.
This site has no contact forms, no login, and no newsletter sign-up. If you get in touch by phone, email or WhatsApp, we'll obviously have whatever you send us — your name, contact details, and the contents of your message — so we can reply. We keep that correspondence for as long as it's useful for our business relationship with you, then delete it.
We don't ask visitors to create accounts, we don't build marketing profiles, and we don't sell or share your information with anyone outside KX Food and Farmerli.
This site uses exactly one cookie: it remembers which language you last chose (English, Nederlands, Deutsch or Français), so you don't have to pick it again on your next visit. It doesn't identify you personally and isn't used for advertising.
Some links on this site take you elsewhere — to Google Maps for directions, WhatsApp to message us, or LinkedIn to see our page. Once you click through, you're on their site, playing by their rules. We'd point you to their privacy policies, but you probably already know where to find those.
Business correspondence (emails, WhatsApp messages) is kept as long as it's relevant to our relationship with you, then cleared out.
Under GDPR, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected if it's wrong, or ask us to delete it. Since we barely collect anything beyond what you send us directly, these requests tend to be quick — email info@kxfood.be and we'll sort it out.
If anything material changes about how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date above. We're a small team, so please forgive us if the language here stays plain instead of turning into ten pages of legal text.
